Return Policy


With Cash Register Receipt


  • Items may be returned in saleable condition within 30 days.
  • Refund will be given in like manner as purchased.
  • Check refunds will be mailed 10 days from the date of sale.
  • Extended return policy for Christmas/Holiday merchandise until January 15th
  • Holiday merchandise will be credited for current selling price or full value return for full value exchange.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not returnable.

Without Cash Register Receipt


  • Credit Voucher for current selling price.

Clearance Merchandise


  • All Sales are final and sold as is.

Returned Checks


  • A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Nursery Stock Warranty

  • Nursery stock is guaranteed for one year with receipt and plant for up to amount paid.
  • No over-winter warranty on perennials, roses, bulbs, or non-hardy plants.
  • There is no warranty on clearance stock or replacement plants.
  • Donzell’s/Gale’s reserves the right to void any warranty due to under or over watering.
  • Warranties are “non-transferrable”.
  • No Cash refunds. Store credit only.
